If there is a defect in the product or if a different product from the one ordered arrives, please contact us within 8 days after receiving the product (within 8 days from the completion date of delivery, counting the completion date as day 1).

If a replacement product cannot be provided, we may refund the product price.
If the customer refuses to accept a receipt (including cases of extended absence or incorrect address), we will treat it as a cancellation. We will refund the product price, so we kindly ask you to place your order again.
※ Regarding out-of-stock items or items that have ended sales, it is not possible to place an order again.
