General products will be shipped out within 7 days after the credit card payment and Payment by Mobile (QR code) has been made or the convenience store payment has been confirmed.
Pre-order products will be shipped out after they are released.

※ If the product is not received as it became out of stock or else, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Cancellation, exchange, and return due to a change of mind are not accepted.
If the customer receives incorrect or defective product(s) with the order, the customer is eligible for an exchange.

If the product for exchange is out of stock, the customer is eligible for a refund.
※ Return and exchange due to the reasons below will not be accepted.
1. Customers' change of mind or reasons for which the customers are responsible, such as the wrong size; actual product differing from the image; order by mistake; etc)
2. If it has been 8 days or more since the order was delivered.

3. Physical, contaminating, or odorous damage to products or traces of product usage.
4. Loss or damage to product tags.
5. Product that was washed or repaired.
6. Odorous damage to product(s) (perfume scent, cigarette odor, or etc detectable)
7. Product that was previously indicated that return and exchange are not accepted.
8. Orders that were returned without any form of notice earlier.
9. Products sold or picked up on-site (venue, pop-up store, etc), and out-box of imported products.

All the orders cannot be canceled even after disconnecting and stop using Weverse Shop.

Long-term Absence & Rejection of Receipt

If there is a rejection of receipt due to the customer's change of mind or personal circumstances (long-term absence, incomplete address, etc.), the order will be canceled.
Please note that the delivery may be ceased even if the order has been made.
